I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They even gave me a tour of the place, showing me all the amenities and facilities available. The bed in my room was comfortable, and having the ensuite bathroom was a convenient bonus. The breakfast provided had a good variety of options, from cereal to cooked sausages. The shared kitchen was also available for guests to cook their own food. Another highlight was the ample street parking available, making it easy for me to come and go as I pleased. The location was perfect, with the charming main street shopping district and supermarket just a short walk away. Plus, being near the St. Lawrence River meant I could enjoy beautiful views and take leisurely walks along the waterfront. a fantastic experience!
No negatives to mention - I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

Great value for the price. the building has beautiful Victorian details, which added to its charm. the staff were wonderful and accommodating, even arranging a bagged breakfast for us when we had to leave early. the location was also convenient and the check-in process was easy.
The private room we booked did not match the description and was not suitable for taller individuals. the ceilings were low and slanted, making it difficult to stand up.

We enjoyed the comfortable and clean beds, as well as the free breakfast that created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. the location was convenient and allowed us to easily explore the surroundings.
The cereals and toasts offered were not very nourishing. we found the shared bathrooms to be inconvenient, but we were aware of this beforehand.

We had an amazing time at this hostel! It's located right in the heart of the city, close to the charming main street shopping district. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had good choices and was included in the price. We also enjoyed the community-oriented kitchen area. it was a great value for the price, in an easily accessible area.
It would have been nice if the noise level from other guests could have been regulated a bit more, especially at night.
